Cruise for a Cause

Community Life Center’s annual Cruise For A Cause event dates for 2018 have been announced. Due to growing popularity of this sell-out event, we’ve added a second cruise to the mix! Choose between a 5-day and a 7-day Caribbean Cruise that sets sail in late January, with some of the proceeds benefiting Community Life Center.  *Click here to learn more about the event.*


Free Summer Lunch Program

Pine Ridge Fellowship Academy will host a Free Summer Lunch Program in the months of June and July. There is no application or paperwork required. All children under age 18 can eat for free Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Kirtley Hall, where the Community Life Center food pantry operates. *Click here to learn more about the program.*


CLC Volunteers Honored With Award

On April 28, Community Life Center was awarded one of Florida Hospital’s annual Johana Knox awards for community service. CLC was honored with a Johana Knox Flutter Award, an award intended to honor a group of people working together to make a difference in their community. *Click here to learn more about the award.*


CLC To Pay Past Due Deltona Water Bills

Community Life Center Outreach Services, Inc. located at 1045 E. Normandy Boulevard, Deltona, Florida is proud to announce that it has been awarded the City of Deltona Community Development Block Grant for overdue water/sewer bill assistance. “Hospital Donates Food to Deltona’s Community Life Center”

JUNE 23, 2014

ORANGE CITY – On June 5, Florida Hospital Fish Memorial donated more than 880 pounds of food, 1,000 bottles of water and Walmart gift cards to the Community Life Center in Deltona.

“When those baskets of food were delivered, [in my mind] I didn’t see the food, I saw the people we would help” said Martha Wormington Gooding, Community Life Center pantry manager. “Some of the people we help are in such desperate need. We have someone who has been without water or electricity for 5 years, and we, along with other organizations have been able to help her. In our community, there are many grandparents taking care of grandchildren, which means there are sometimes 10 or more people in a home.
